Hello and welcome to our web site!
World Academy of Music is based on Alania Music Studio which was founded in 2001.
Many of our students have won awards in performance, always earning high marks at International and Canadian piano competitions. Upon graduation, the majority of students pursue careers in music, and many have become music majors at University of Toronto.
The Academy has been built on the great European traditional instructional methods, with a focus on technique as a way of expressing the musical idea, and emphasis on touch and tone control.
Our faculty members are all highly qualified teachers with European and Canadian experience in music instruction. In addition, we offer our advanced students and alumni an opportunity to teach.
